Love coffee? Love running? Lace up, sip, and run with us! We meet every Tuesday at 7pm at Het Rooi in Berchem for a fun, energizing interval training session — espresso-sprinters and filter-strollers both welcome. Post-run, we re-caffeinate and tell ourselves it was all recovery.
